MALCOLM
STERN BRCP (Psych)
Malcolm Stern is a psychotherapist, specialising in group
dynamics , relationships and individuals seeking change and transformation. He
also works as a coach and business facilitator, organiser for creative events
and is a media relationships expert.
He originally trained in Humanistic Psychology
in the late 1970s with The Institute for the
Development of Human Potential and is a member of
the Psychotherapy division of the British Register of
Complementary Practitioners. He is the co-author of The
Courage to Love ( Piatkus 1996) and co-founder
and trustee of Alternatives the multi-disciplinary
lecture series at St Jamess Church in Piccadilly,
London.
ONE YEAR GROUPS
Since 1990 he has created and run two one year groups
in London and Devon The Courage to Change
The Alchemy of Transformation where participants
meet one weekend a month to train in personal development and facilitation skills.
CORPORATE COACHING AND FACILITATION
Malcolm also offers executive coaching and organisational training programmes.
Clients include BMW, the NHS, Ordnance Survey, PDLC, and Cisco Systems. He specialises
in "Conflict as a Force for Change" and "Authentic Leadership".
He is also a consultant for OPDC (Organisational and Personal Development Consultants)
and Boas Transformational Leadership.
MEDIA
Malcolm has worked in the media since 1990.
He is the co-presenter of Channel 4s reality TV
show on relationships Made for Each Other
and has made guest appearances on shows
such as The Good Sex Guide with Toyah Willcox
and Capital Woman with Anneka Rice. He was a regular relationship
advisor on on Talk Radio and occasional panellist on Roger Boltons
Sunday Matters . He presents a regular
music show for Inflight Productions on airlines and was recently called in by
Granada TV to advise on body language for a drama production.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT HOLIDAYS
Malcolm is a regular facilitator at Skyros Holistic Holiday
Centre in Greece, the Esalen Institute in California and
Cortijo Romero and El Bosque in Spain.
